Enjoyable outdoor living! Private solar heated pool w/waterfall, poolside lounging area, covered patio, gas patio heater, gas or charcoal BBQ, hot tub, beautifully landscaped & securely fenced yard, surrounded by huge saguaro cactus and natural desert plants.
Spacious home w/kitchen & family room looking out to the pool through a wall of windows. Relax in the family room couch & recliner, gas fireplace, & 40” TV. Well equipped kitchen w/granite counters, stainless appliances, center island, & filtered drinking water. Living room w/leather sectional & 47” TV. Secure wireless internet, office w/leather love seat, desk & printer/fax. Huge master w/sitting area looking out to the pool & door to the patio/pool and hot tub, 32” TV, master bath with private commode, corner tub, shower, 2 vanities & walk-in closet. Front-load washer/dryer. Explore the area on a pair of stylish, comfortable “Cruiser” bicycles.
The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so the neighboring homes angle away from each other. Trees and bushes screen the view of the back yard. This provides a very private pool and patio area. You don't get the feeling that the neighbors are watching you. Since these pictures were taken, for safety issues we have added a fence between the house and pool.
The pool is solar heated. If you want to swim in an 85 degree pool between October through March, you need to find a home with a gas or electric pool heater. The solar pool heater consists of a series of manifolds on the roof made of black tubing that the water is pumped through. The black tubes absorb heat from the sun. This heat is transferred to the water, warming it up. The pool temperature is dependent on the amount of sun there is and how clear the sky is. It will heat to within 10 degrees of the outside temperature. If it is an 85 degree day, the pool temperature will be around 75 degrees.
Located close to Cave Creek, an interesting western themed town with unique shops, great restaurants and outdoor bars.
Convent to numerous golf courses.
Shopping: The closest grocery is AJ’s Fine Foods, a “high end” store with lots of deli and specialty items along with a Starbucks 1 mile north on Scottsdale Rd. Safeway store and gas is 2 miles north along with Target, Office Max, restaurants and shops.

Summary: We’ve rented quite a few homes & this one is my favorite! Everything about it is great. Owners are responsive and friendly. The way there are things that we didn’t have to go purchase. The furniture is homey and not like some of the ‘look’ good but aren’t comfy. Thanks for the great home. I will be back!

Summary: Fantastic home. Easy access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and I-17 to go trekking north. The pool and spa were very clean and well maintained. All furniture and beds are very comfortable.

Summary: The house is breathtaking, the hot tub is hot. And the pool was very refreshing. We were amazed by the beautiful kitchen and the grill out back on the patio. My wife and kids got to enjoy the sun rises with a hot cup of coffee and a refreshing dinner out back over looking the desert.

Summary: Overall it felt like home. Cozy, clean and fairly well equipped. The mattresses, sheets and pillows were not first rate. The guest bedroom at the end of the hall on the right had a Matt that sagged in the middle and the guests kept having to readjust. The pillows are out of sorts and almost non-usable. The sheets were made of some polyester that was off putting and made you very warm. Needed to provideInstructions for the HVAC. We had a great time, the kitchen dinnerware and silverware were wonderful. A mention that the pool was NOT heated would have helped the description. Brrr.
